PLC Panels and Motor Control Centres Built to Specification

@fnet Projects designs and builds PLC control panels and motor control centres (MCCs) to specification for plants and industrial sites in Gauteng, from our base in Midrand. Panels are wired, labelled and tested before delivery, and we can install, program and commission them on site.

What goes into a well-built panel

A control panel brings power distribution, motor starters, protection and the PLC together in one enclosure. A motor control centre does the same for a group of motors. The quality shows in the details: correctly rated components, neat and labelled wiring, room for maintenance and drawings that match what was built.

Because the same company writes the PLC software and installs the panel on site, there is no gap between the panel builder, the programmer and the electrician when something needs to change.

When businesses call us

  • A new plant or line

New machines or processes need control panels and motor starters built to suit.

  • Replacing old panels

Panels with obsolete parts, unsafe wiring or no drawings.

  • Standardising across sites

The same panel design repeated, so spares and maintenance are simpler.

How it works

Four steps. One person accountable.

  1. Step 1

    Assess

We review the specification, loads and site conditions, and agree the panel design and drawings.

  2. Step 2

    Quote

You get a fixed quote for design, components, build, testing and installation.

  3. Step 3

    Deliver

We build and test the panel, then install and connect it on site.

  4. Step 4

    Support

As-built drawings, spares advice and support keep the panel maintainable for years.

Questions

Can you build to our standards and preferred brands?

Yes. We build to your specification, including preferred component brands, enclosure types and drawing standards.

Are panels tested before delivery?

Yes. Panels are tested before they leave our hands, so problems are found on the bench, not on site.

Do we receive drawings?

Yes. You receive electrical drawings updated to match the panel as built.
